Beach Haven West was built in phases, the first opening in 1957. The first phase contained the lagoons and cul-de-sacs branching between Morris Boulevard and Jennifer Lane. By the early 1960s, the second phase was completed, this one spanning between Jonathan Drive and Walter Boulevard. By the 1970s, the lagoon-front community was expanded down Mill Creek Road towards East Point.

I grew up in Bergen County, New Jersey across the Hudson River from New York City. My husband, Dennis, and I raised our two children there. As soon as the kids were finished with school, Dennis and I decided to live our dream. Today we live on the Barnegat Bay with a beautiful view of Long Beach Island on our horizon.
Both our children followed us to the Shore. We feel so fortunate to be living this dream, that more than a decade ago, I decided to help others fulfill the same dream. My passion for the Jersey Shore lifestyle is so total, that my customers and clients can't help but catch it.
Your life will begin to change as soon as we start our quest. Use my Internet site to shop for a home at your pace and any time you feel like browsing. If you need a hand, you can ask for my help with a click of your mouse. No hassles and no interruptions.

Many realtors will seemingly bypass this information as though it doesn’t exist. You absolutely should use a realtor to buy a house. Sure, you may find listings using different internet resources like Zillow, Trulia or other real estate sites. However, you’ll quickly learn you need the benefits of your own personal real estate agent.
You’ve heard it before, but it bears repeating. Buying a house is a major financial decision. It’s not something you need to do alone. An experienced realtor works to take the pain out of the process. And, knows that your time is as valuable as your money.
These days many prospective homeowners start off the same way.
A few clicks on an internet site and they think they’re on to their dream home. After all, the pictures look so inviting.
Meanwhile, there’s a lot you won’t learn from looking at Zillow, Trulia or Realtor.com.
No doubt you’ll want to check out the house in person. So, you pick up the phone to schedule an appointment with the listing agent. You’re all set to meet with the seller’s representative.
